Lights out for Bandera will be short term. Check to see who did private placement financing, the devil is in the details. Just as other Bandera PP's in past its usually and insider (Director, officer or family member). It's just the same money Bandera director's money laundered through scams being recycled to give the appearance that its newinvestors. When questioned....management will say"yes its our personal money that did private placement because we believe in the company".... what a bunch of BS... they definitely don't have that kind of expendable income and can be easily confirmed by asking directors to disclose annual tax returns for last 5 years.
