Thank you, Roger. I did not know that short selling was allowed on penny stocks.
Although I feel like an idiot now because I did observe the short interest on March 13 and I made a mental note of it.
Last week I read somewhere that you couldn't short penny stocks. Maybe that only applies to certain brokers, certain stocks, or certain traders.
