I definitely agree. I think Canada did it better than the SEC did--Canada's OSC had Mr. Bordynuik admit that it was his intention to deceive investors as part of the settlement. Pumpers can't play with words on that one.
As far as advertising what a settlement means, I think most people know. It's just that a few disingenuous types are trying hard to paint the settlements as meaning "innocent." Even with Mr. Bordynuik admitting his intentions were to deceive investors, those same types try to paint that as Mr. Bordynuik just wanting to settle to end the suit for the benefit of shareholders--so they imply he lied to the OSC for the benefit of investors. In reality, anyone can see how Mr. Bordynuik cooked the books with the media credits to entice PIPE investors--and even my saying that will bring those types out saying that no investors depended on the part of the accounting which was falsified anyway.
I do think there's a call for someone to regularly post SEC litigation information as part of the news, similar to the regular posting of SEC filing information on Yahoo which is mixed in with the news. I'm sure most people wouldn't even have know about the fraud suit against PTOI until much later if I hadn't included a link in my article because right now there's no regular mechanism.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
