The next 45 days are going to be interesting.
Q3 is on deck, by extension, due April 20th
The Audit should be in progress now
End of Fiscal Year May 31st, report due July 15th
If we get the Audit prior to End of Fiscal Year....the registration can be filed, Launch and Uplist pretty much in a seamless manner
