Spoiler Alert! There are discrepancies in KMAG's share structure total!

From the limited information we have received thus far from our inquiries into how many KMAG shares are actually in the market place, it's becoming obvious it well exceeds our authorized 750 million. Very soon we'll have the proxy completed and the finalized numbers from the OBO audit for all to see. Exciting times await KMAG investors in the coming new year!
