Should be a filing today or tomorrow, iirc.
Canwealth issued two ammendments to the S1 so far. One 2/10 the other 3/3 so we either see one more or news that the SEC has declaired it effective. Could the annual filing be delaying one more ammendment? Possibly, which would explain why we haven't see it by now. Or, maybe the SEC is OK with everything and the delay is on their part. It's a busy time of year so I can understand a few delays.
I'm hoping to see the annual in a day or two, then news one way or the other on either one more S1/a or SEC effective news, then FINRA fast tracking the symbol so we can get this party started before the end of May.
