The leaf is something people are going to have to get used to, sooner or later. I doubt anyone but a botanist would recognize the difference between a hemp and a marijuana leaf. Hemp is making its comeback though and it's going to be everywhere.

Anyway, sorry. I thought you were implying that people would actually think the drink contains marijuana. That would sort of negate the purpose of an energy drink.
