I would also add that even if they want to scrutinize, Cen is so far ahead of the game that even HC final pre inspection admittedly stated that Cen Bio's build out should be the standard for all other LP's. I also agree that all eye's will be on HC ensuring they play nice. They don't need any more egg on their face with all the other negative press they've accumulated over a short period of time.
