Saw this today regarding Ed's house across from the site:
Hicks road which divides Eds property and cen is deemed a HIGHWAY by the province which is to be used by the Ontario provincial police as emergency access to highway 401
All property around it has been deemed agricultural by the province His house cannot be deemed agricultural residential.
It was part of an environmental assessment done by the province and signed off by Lakeshore!
