Its none of anyone's business, and besides the rules require disclosure from those who have, or are, or will be, compensated. NOT from anyone that has not, isn't, and will not be compensated.

Question: Why call everyone else out when you yourself failed to voluntarily do so ? That kind of speaks volumes to me.
