Yes he did...he screwed over investors by putting out lying pr's that touted a stock buy back that never happened and increased revenue growth that was unrealistic and impossible...those prs were designed to induce investors to buy kmag....it is really very simple...of course he is to blame...i like many others would never have bought kmag if he had never lied about it..

Listen you JACKASS!!! you are trading in the otc pink market..since when is the ceo accountable for anything? You knew the risk vs reward program which in 90% of the time doesn't work out. So yeah YOU are to blame for not reminding yourself of the potential risk involved. You bought the stock...no one forced your hand. you bought it, your decision regardless of what or who said anything.
YOU took them chances...grow the F up and move on..oh wait..sore losers don't do that...how many other stocks are you bashing that have supposedly crook ceos?
