We are currently at a market cap of 12.6m dollars based on approx 140m o/s. Management provided an update as well as projections for the 1st quarter, estimates are approx 9m for q1. If 9m were to hold and I don't know whether or not it will prorated that would be 36m in revenues for the year and profitable. By any metric this is clearly undervalued at this point. Clearly there has been major technical damage done and it will take time for the stock to rebuild. At these levels it attracts a different caliber of investors. Many more ihubbers are inclined to play in this arena .05 to .10. How long it takes to get out of this range will depend upon how we execute going forward. Take comfort to know the company has 1.3m working capital and still a 4m L.O.C. as well. There are certain covenants on the 4m loan however I haqve confidence that our team will build our revenue stream back up in time.
The great thing about SCRC it presents people with opportunities to take advantage of. We have all been here before give or take a penny when we face many more hurdles. A year ago the company had no $$$$$$$, did not own Main Ave nor own 90% Pimd. All we had was 39 notes and paper galore. Again if not for the CORE stepping up over 15 months ago and putting up their hard earned $$$ for the private placement the company would not be here today. I will not go over the rhetoric with converts vs more traditional funding like the p.p. as 99% our very clear of the advantages of implementing the p.p. By putting up the 1.2m for the private placement it bought the company additional time to build out their businesses. I am delighted that we are broadening our reach in dispensing,Pimd,the diabetic program, and rapimeds which will happen in 2015. To be reliant on any 1 area would be foolish, scrc management realizes its far better to diversify their portfolio so in this case although Cvs hurt us we have implemented other businesses to soften the blow.
It's hard to say what Pimd will bring to the table but if its 1m approx per quarter it all adds up. It's nice to see that the diabetic program is gaining enrollment now at 1000 so that is gaining steam. I believe if we give these 2 programs some time they will develop nicely. I don't think either is a moon shot but their additive and will help the bottom line. The dispensing program which is in pilot stage looks very promising. If I had to make an educated guess this looks like it has the most potential predicated on Bob's commentary at the recent show. He believes he can secure 100 Dr's this year which equates to 2m in revenues a month and 20% net. I have no idea when that will happen but if it takes place in q4 of this year it can pave the way for a 2nd half comeback.
