I must admit I never envisioned these levels .06 to .08. First and foremost I believe the action on Wednesday from .115 to .0669 was done intentionally with malice. As we all know it came out of 1 mm csti approx 7m of the 8.8m sold. Frankly as bad as it was and indeed it was SCRC was able to handle 9m shares of trading and essentially finish at .07 cents. If someone would have said to me that we were going to trade 9m shares frankly although bad at .07 it could have been far worse and much lower. There is no doubt in my mind it was 1 individual who wanted to hurt the company. Well from .11 to .0669 we have already recoverd 50% on what we lost Wednesday. Now oddly enough this has brought more eyes on SCRC mostly scalpers/traders which is fine. I believe most will scalp 10% to 25% and be gone, however a few may look at what they own and decide to actually invest a few shares in SCRC. If we are able to recover to .10 cents in the next several weeks then this move down was worth it because it will bring in more awareness.
There is no question the termination with CVS hurt business and I personally did not see this coming nor did anyone. CVS is a big part of the market roughly 30%. To shed a blind eye to this would be a mistake, however the company can do other things on the expense side to soften the blow. Also if and when a new pharmacy is commenced we will move from 7 states to approx 40 states is my understanding. It will take time to fully ramp up at the new site when it takes place to train a pharmacist and learn the business.remember when we started on at Main Ave it took several months to truly ramp up. This will be no different when it comes and I have strong belief in Bob and his team that we will do very well in the 2nd half of the year. I have no idea what the #s will be but with the additional 33 states and lets say we start that in q3 that will help us out tremendously.
I would like to state that SCRC is a penny stock and often seems to be under a microscope. We should be looking at the macro picture when investing at SCRC. I have no comment on q4 as thats in the rear view mirror now and we all will look at the 10k when its completed and then make comments. The good news that q1 is profitable not an easy task for a penny stock. Yes its probably lower than most would like but I am happy it's in the black. Whatever took place in q4 it seems we have straightened out some issues. The company still expects to be profitable this year and there are things further out that can help us enormously. Rapimeds/dispensing program can be a big lift. I will not put a time-line on either as I want to see how the pilot program takes place at the dispensing program. A new pharmacy can be very enormous especially with the additional 33 states and my expectation is 90 to 120 days out for any meaningful business. Again I have no ideas what the #s will be as I will not put the cart before the horse.
We will survive this latest hit as we are profitable in q1 and will still have cash as well as the 4m L.O.C. Congrats to all the CORE for digging in during this most trying time and Thank you for all your support as well. I know many of the core that bought in at .07 to .09 and I hope your rewarded for your efforts. I see that the "CORE" is recognized now for having 40m shares which is a pretty significant part of the float of approx 85m. We have survived 39 notes, Having no $$$$ for almost 2 years, Ironridge approx 12m shares free trading, losing CVS, and a huge seller on Wednesday. Not only will we survive this there will be a time that we will thrive again as a company as well as a stock. The dream is intact for all and I appreciate all your efforts in bringing the very best to SCRC.
