mCig and VitaCig both filed an 8-k with the SEC today.
Paul will remain President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Executive Officer, Secretary, and as a member of the Board of Directors of mCig and Charles Matthews is the new CFO of mCig.
Al Santos will remain President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Executive Officer, Secretary, and as a member of the Board of Directors of VitaCig and Charles Matthews is the new CFO of VitaCig.
Charles Matthews is a CPA with a BA in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University and MBA from Arizona State University with over 25 years of financial management experience.
