$PPCH Today may be a critical time to enter. From a speculative perspective, the NYTimes article set to print Sunday, may be the release of much awaited FDA approval news. This may be a strategic attempt to announce commencement of trials to a much larger demographic than just that of the online investment community, particularly the OTC players that are already in.
This is all just speculative, once again but, I, for one, would not want to miss out should that be the case.
