This is the kind of response I will get when I try and follow up on TOS submissions.
He parses my comments (below) and writes his own. Didn't bother following up given his mindset. More reason for me to spend less time over there.

Subject: Selective and inconsistent enforcement with respect to TOS.
How is something like the comment quoted below allowed to stay up despite it being "Off Topic" AND "Vulgar" and despite my having submitted it for "TOS" violations more than once? The company has no product called "Ultraflex" although the company DOES have a product called UtlraFlix which means it's "Off Topic" and the use of the term "shit" is considered vulgar when used as it was and it's not something I would expect a child of the age of 13 to be acceptable hearing or saying. This poster and others routinely refer to the company's product as "UltraSux" and other derogatory like terms with impunity despite being "Off Topic"...what say you?
