Are you aware of any shares that were issued in the merger process, for Services rendered?
I'm wondering what keeps dragging the SP down. Such shares usually come with a 4 month restriction period, and given the fact that the merger closed about 4 months ago that might explain it.
If not, could it be shares of the revolving line of credit?
Can you ask the $ANY board on Ihub?
