I agree on the timing aspect.
But I disagree as to where you put the importance of your audits. Audits are needed, actually crucial at this point, to not only attract new investors, but rebuild the confidence of the current investors, many of which do not want to put anymore money into this until we see some follow through on the audits. I also disagree with your thinking PPS will rise with revenue as that without verification and lifting of Form 15, the PPS will never reflect the true valuation of the company.
