The 17th date is the first attempt to deliver...it was then delivered on the 18th. The 17th date is not the date it was mailed. The envelope was actually "mailed" (put in a drop box for Purolator) on the 13th. The blacked out 33******06 is the tracking number. All of the tracking information is listed on the picture of the signature...
