It was posted on IHUB that GRCU has hired Pittera Securities Attorney to work on merger and share reduction
Don;t know if true or not as I haven't see it announced. Was it in their FINS filing?
Did a google search and here is what I found located in Torrance and one of their specialities is Securities Law

Good news he is alive and not up on charges and Sparky hasn't does any backround checks yet or bashing him for jaywalking when he was 15 and had to pay a court fine
