For one, there's the dilution. But I suppose most of the new shares are in the float now.
Second: content remains meager.
Yes, there was the Oscar winning Interstellar, the most recent movie in terms of cinema release. But what good did it for the NTEK PPS ? To the contrary one could argue.
Now, no more talk about Interstellar, but renewed euphoria about the news that UF will feature another blochbuster: GI Joe: Retaliation, a movie released two years ago with a 5.8/10 score on Imdb, Metascore 41/100.
Whooooaaaaa !!! Now we are going to take off for sure.
Let's see what happens.
As I see it, they need to negotiate an agreement for each and every title with Paramount ?

If the PPS has bottomed out and raises again, I believe it will mainly be because there are no more new shares dumped in the market.

Then there are the continued promises and raised expectations that have not come forward. Again, from the last CC recap published March 12th.:

We will be adding titles from Millennium, IFC and Nu

What with the

or

I am happy to announce that as of this week we are an authorized partner with Dolby for both the Dolby Vision and Atmos products, and will soon be offering content featuring both of these technologies.

Atlas from the pony board wrote that Millennium films are on UF. They are not. Where are the IFC titles, the Nu Image titles ?
The CEO published this in a letter, for crying out loud !
I am not saying that this won't happen, but creating huge expectations and keep investors waiting for them to actually happen may be a reason for the plunging PPS.

And now they publish a PR for the addition of one more film from Paramount.
That's the fifth studio film they added this year (not counting the Iron Dragon titles). That's not enough.

What are 4K studios doing with their scanners 24/7 ?
Just 27 titles where added in the last 14 weeks, and twenty 3 min Armada clips.
As long as we don't see continous additions this is going nowhere. One movie a week isn't gonna do it.

I see people claiming UF will have 1 mln subscribers at the end of this year. What do they base this on ? More expectations that cause illusions.
Do they believe there will be no additional players in the 4K market ?
Still too much dreaming going on.

Staying firmly on the ground, I'm not extremely impressed by the addition of this GI Joe movie. It may be a good addition to diversify content though.
Hopefully they will add some more content soon as well.

Don't know, but I have the impression that initial revenues are not what they have hoped for. And/or maybe licenses are more expensive than anticipated. Could this be the reason that valuable content is not being added in quantity. (and hence the last increase in AS) ?
I guess we'll have to wait some more and hope for the best.
