Many bashers work for companies like Asher enterprises. It's in Asher's best interest to drop the SP as low as it can before they recoup any financing deals they have had in the past.
Asher uses bottom 3 trading days out of 10 when they hand back their promissory notes to the company.
Then they pick up those cheap shares from the company as per the convertible debt deal, turn around and sell them to the public at a magnificent profit.
