OTCMarkets is concerned that the stock price is being manipulated. So they put their little skull on it and... big shock, the stock price is now being manipulated BY THEM.
There are people who are wanting to buy THCZ right now and they can't. All because of a "suspicion" of wrongdoing that has no evidence beyond, "The stock is doing amazingly well."
