My broker confirmed the 5 year wait on conversions. Principle can be withdrawn at anytime without penalty or taxes. Of course, we paid the taxes when we made the conversion. We have almost 500k shares in that situation, but tax at .02 is more conscionable than tax at $1 a share. I'm looking forward to the challenges of managing that. GLTA!
