volume of late has been interesting. Clearly a big buyer as it comes in spurts. I am doubtful that it is company buyback, though, as there are at least 1.5B tied up in private equity that is not in the float. Probably colateral, restricted shares or warrants. Those would be the first shares I retire, if I were in charge. Then, I would look to the big private investors to see if anyone wants out. That will provide good will for future equity placements should that become necessary. Finally, once all the private money is approached, then, and only then, would I approach the publicly traded shares.

Big picture, this volume looks like someone knows something and wants in. The optimist in me is saying that the reason they are coming to the open market is that there are no private shares available...i.e. Peter is not dilluting.
