Well John, what we're witnessing is an obvious case of management incompetence (with text book precision) and disregard for its shareholders.

While all these agreements and partnerships seem legit, the share price reflects another story. The latest developments are seriously casting some doubts on the CEO's ability to manage the company.

I can't wait for the SHM (if we make it that far).
