Outstanding share count - It took me a while to sort through all the 10K discussion post on this MB so that left me with little time to read it in depth as of yet.
My initial search and thoughts (from a long standpoint) are as follows:
1) I was concerned they would only report the OS's through Dec-14. This would have left for open idle minds to fear the worst about 2015 1st quarter dilution.
2) I was pleased that they reported the OS's through Apr-15. 1.041B was below my expectation for 6 months since last reported. That means they tapped only 41M of the SH approved 1B new shares. That means we have plenty of future dilution to keep us in business until the pipeline matures. Also meaning although my shares may decrease in price temporarily, they most likely wont disappear.
3) Based on my quick scan with some familiarity to AMBS annual reporting, I did not see any negative item reported. Again, good news if you are a true long.
My position is still - continue to buy.
