Sec reporting company's can only buy 10%..MNGG is not sec reporting and can do whatever they want.. It would be a good idea to do things buy the book if they are in fact to become sec reporting tho.

Shouldnt be too hard.. no volume (since 4-1-15), also no bid.. put in a buy order at the ask it should execute..
