I expect a reverse split in the future, but don't look at as a way to "fix" the PPS to allow uplisting. I believe the share price will rise over time based on fundamentals and that the RS will be implemented to clean up the share structure. Yes, that will increase the share price but the company has not focused much on share price, just getting product to market. 600+ million shares is a lot and after an uplist, it would be good to see that number drop to a reasonable range but there will be expenses involved that are unnecessary at this point.

In addition, I don't see an uplist as a magic bullet that eliminates all the games in the market. Lots of stocks get gamed on the bigger markets, so I don't see the need to rush to uplist.
