Tuesday morning may be the big day to announce strategic plans for Dx Spin-off at the investor conference in SF
I like Watsonhelper post that we will see $200M plus for spin-out.. If we sell 40% for $200M that puts a $500M marketcap on transaction. With a 20 to 1 RS, Dx share price will be about $5.00.. AMBS with $200M cash, a valuable asset in Dx and the possibility of new shareholders buy in for a short period of time could easily get us to NASDAQ.
