I dont think anyone is going to be borrowing shares for a while, a failure to deliver borrowed shares is still in place. What they have created is Phantom shares so at the moment some brokers are not allowing buyers..but only sellers to trade.
Not until they get this straighten out..that's why i say don't don't sell them cheap if you must sell...shorts have to cover now! make them pay! This is why all the bashing..they create fear...don't fall for it...if you see a cheap share buy it the turn around and sell it for way more lol
