Although I have no doubt that TARP "saved our bacon" back in 2008 I also have no doubt that if we weren't in a "funny money economy" created by the FED extreme measures like TARP would never be needed. My prediction is the next huge mess our politicians and the FED put us in will make 2008 look like a walk in the park.
