Can't say I'm particularly fond of that system. Not just for the sake of THCZ, but it seems terribly unfair and also unwarranted.
Penny stocks already practically come with a huge warning label about volatility, and that should be sufficient. Insane short-term changes in value are to be expected - even moreso with a fledgling industry like hemp. That should be a sufficient warning to any ill-informed investor.
