All I know for sure is there will be a boat load of high value patents in the fuel cell, fuel cell vehicle and CO2 feed stock electrochemical reactor to high value organic chemical products, and CO2 capture and concentration systems in the new patents, and we know they know how to write and win (get issued patents) patents world wide since they now have 6 issued patents.
The last 5 new patents applied for may be published and sent for examination any day now. Once that happens I can read them and comment on the claims and patent values. For now they are like the Alstom NDA agreement, not in public view yet, but filed 12 months ago as provisional patent applications (that stay dark until published, which is a 12-18 month deadline).
I think they are applying for another batch right now related to the recent fuel cell and fuel cell vehicle work.
