I guess I will have to educate everyone on percentage moves. In order to calculate a percentage it is ((y - x ) / x ) where x is the initial number and y is the change.
for example: A move from .051 to .082 is 60.78% and a move from .082 to .051 is 37.8%
I even took it a step further and found you a calculator if you are too lazy to do it yourself:
