Sure...because if you want to listen to anyone, it should be those who were flat wrong on the stock for years. A non-shareholder saying, "don't trust a swindler" is easily trumped by an actual shareholder saying, "nobody relied on the misrepresentation anyway."

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
