Agreed. But it angers most only because they can get away with and some just feed on it.
In reality of what negatives are said about Treaty now, it really doesn't matter. No way a new investor would even think about Treaty. Except for a long shot play. The risk is to great.
But no way are any true longs ( which are mostly the only ones left ) going to sell because of tthe negatives. It's all or nothing now
