Not just the 10-K, in general the remaining vocal longs are highly confident given all of the misrepresentations and 'missteps' over the past six years. It's the same in every penny stock that those who stick around have no doubts that their penny stock is the one which will defy all odds and succeed.
If only there were some way to get to the bottom of this "commercially viable" plastic to oil issue given that PTOI doesn't provide any useful data whatsoever. I suppose shareholders could do the math, but let's face it, math is hard. I suppose shareholders could initiate a dialog with the company, but let's face it, it's daunting for highly confident, low self-esteem investors to e-mail the company.
So the best strategy for investors is to continue to wait, average down and snipe at the skeptics while the company slowly milks them and plants new carrots.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
