You just have to know what to look for ...... I will say .000 stock charts are useless but anything out of the teens is chartable but the volatility it high so trends can change in a second ...... charts are the way most plp decide were to buy and sell so when you have the majority of traders using the same indicators the chart will predict the future pretty consistently
