Depends on who reads it (the inherent flaw in chart technicals...). IMO, it's screaming "oversold" with a 14-day RSI of 28.46 and a 30-day RSI of 36.18. My guess is that the RSI will rise to ~70 before end of April.
The current price is below the lower 20-day Bollinger band. THAT's when you know to buy the stock. This method works great for me when I want to buy call options...Again screaming "oversold".....
The "support lines" don't really apply here, the daily activity is not large enough. A tiny $40K sell in 5 seconds can break almost any support or resistance line at this level.
