I think you have it wrong. The company has been kicking out solid news for a long time now. They are not responsible for the lowered pps. I think you drinking the IHUB cool aid. It's stock price manipulation and greed (sorry winston) lowering the pps, mixed in with a few hands along the way that have turned desperate and greedy. (cat, kpro to name a couple)
