I don't see what he means by "fraud." StockdungU continues to call BLUU a company that is committing "fraud," but I noticed he never specifically says what he thinks is fraudulent, he just likes using the word. He owns ZERO shares in BLUU, is mentally ill, getting paid to bash their stock, and has no fucking life besides getting paid to bash BLUU with libelous comments 24/7. He is only partially correct at the moment, and uses common stock basher tactics of 10% truth, 90% fiction to play at your emotions to get people to sell or be disinterested in a stock, and he's very good at it. What he's doing is unlawful and completely unfair because iHub is the #1 forum that comes up when doing a "BLUU" google search, and his reign is uncontested in iHub. If you make a comment he disagrees with, it simply gets deleted. His view is the ONLY view there. It's very easy to bash on the little guy; BLUU has so many plans laid and hasn't even begun to show its potential yet. Thus far they have 2 rums, a restaurant site dug out, and they're doing events to make the proper connections to lay the foundation for BLUU to become an incredible success next year. They still have yet to give a dividend for Stream Flow Media, get the restaurant built, do the Miami Rum Fest, really crank out sales during tourist season (November), introduce their 3rd rum, and begin selling in the United States. The potential is there and all these plans are no secret - they're in the latest 10Q!
Recently, Scott Sitra said Blue Water’s rums are not legal for import and/or sale in the US at the moment. You can legally bring them into the US if you were traveling abroad, but we cannot ship them to the US right now. We are working on that and will eventually be allowed to sell them in the US.
The Miami Rum Renaissance is a formal trade show. We have been granted an exemption to import a limited amount of our rums into the US to be given away at the trade show as samples. This particular show attracts a large number of industry people from around the world. There will be importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers there who will be instrumental in entering the US market. In essence, people we need to work with to import, distribute and sell our rums in the US. Relationships will be established and the rums should be legally available in the US in Q1 2016.
Dung really should try one of our rums. It might relax him and he’d realize there is no other product like it on the market. No matter how much he wants it to be someone else’s crappy rum, the fact remains we created something new that is very unique and special and the response from people tasting it is overwhelmingly positive. I also suppose that Absolut must be crazy because they make bottles in the same glass factory we use.
As for the 10-K extension, our auditor M&K CPAS has not completed their audit and need more time. Several other of their clients I know of are in the same boat and had to file extensions. M&K is being sued by the SEC, which could be a distraction but then again it is not the first time they’ve forced us to file late. Last year we had to file an extension because M&K got behind on their review of one of our quarterly reports, which was before the SEC lawsuit. I think it is more likely that they have taken on a larger workload than their staff can efficiently handle. Nevertheless, we will get it completed and filed with the SEC soon.

How high will the BLUU StockFraud trade today? Maybe JAWS monthly $5000 check to the conmen at TDM Financial has cleared and they can unleash upon the public YET another another fraudulent penny stock promotion disguised as journalism?
