This SmallCaps guy looks to have a personal vendetta against someone and is slinging all the mud he can muster. Must have lost money on a risky penny stock purchase and wants to blame anyone but himself. I'm seeing a lot of 'what ifs' and 'maybe's being thrown about and a few "still investigating".
Those of us who have been around for a while have seen it all before. Sounds like a regurgitation of ole Sean Murphy or Volentine. Desperate. Look at some of flatreasurecapt's old posts from before he lost his lawsuit and tell me they don't sound familiar.
Once again Kara Kennedy gets another gold star for taking the high road and doing what's right which is consistent with the actions I've seen from her and the Kennedy family.
