The Company will officially disband its prior mattress manufacturing operations, and announce a new corporate name to reflect its new business operations, as well as its new executive management team.
As mentioned in recent company announcements, the Company has been reshaping its business operations by acquiring NU Metals Technology as a provider of Hi-grade metals and tooling solutions for the manufacturing of aerospace part components.
