I agree with you I-Glow Blows! I'm frustrated as well! When it comes to the OTC, a start-up company needs to move that much faster. I would be happy to hear they borrowed a few hundred thousand via simple interest loan with some restricted shares attached. Then invest those funds into some material events that took the PPS to a dime versus this "crawl/learn as you go, snails pace" BS! Debt used wisely can be better than being milked to the greys!
