I've been wondering about this part of Robertson's latest Globe and Mail article:
“The judicial review application was withdrawn by CEN Biotech,” a Health Canada spokesperson said in an e-mailed statement to The Globe and Mail.
“There was no settlement. The decision not to grant a license to CEN Biotech was not a negotiation, it was made by Health Canada Officials.”
Why hasn't any other news outlet reported about this?
Why hasn't any other news outlet contacted HC for a similar statement?
Was that the entire emailed statement from a Health Canada spokesperson?
If not (and I suspect not) why didn't he post the entire statement?
Much like his other articles, it seems like very incomplete work for such a prestegious investigative reporter.
