On January 12, 2015, the marketing and distribution agreements with InHealth Media Inc. (“IHM”), and
Nutritional Products International Inc. (“NPI”) had expired. On July 12, 2014, Green Cures & Botanical
Distribution Inc., entered into marketing and distribution agreements for selected products labeled Green
Magic for a minimum period of six months, (“IHM”), and. (“NPI”).
Well crap, there goes our national and international marketing plan...
