transcript doesnt really add much -its short w only 1 unidentified analyst,which seems odd, given the future value of rock creek -view it at www.seekingalpha.com
writedown of ca 54.7 m based on previous estimate of RVM value vs HL's offer
RVM had preliminary discussions w parties other than HL which didnt go anywhere
restart was based on 350/ lb copper and 25/oz silver -
RVM board/ officers havent been offered any positions w HL though 1 or 2 may continue w HL in some unknown capacity especially as it pertains to permitting rock creek
sounds like it was a take it or leave it by HL, giving RVM no choice - pure non-compassionate capitalism- 1 guys trouble is another guys fortune- my OPINION
