*colluding entities* are praying Ceo sells vs uplisting
and all will know because indy BoD will be seated in 2015 (or they won't be)
pain is manageable with a buyout of 1.2B$ to 2B$ far more so than what kicks
in with uplisting and imo *royalties* (i.e. code for cash divs going forward)
