Possibly...but again, if your goal is to slow or stop the share price from sinking then you can probably accomplish that goal fairly easily for a long time. You can see how low the trading volume is compared to the shares outstanding--the people still holding are in this for the very long term. Over the years I've learned that penny stock investors aren't lying when they say they'll stay invested for as long as it takes--it will be years and years before the last ones give up.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
